Grilled Ribeye Steak
Ingredients:
2 Texas ribeye steaks
2 tbsp EDDA olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions:
Preheat grill to high heat.
Rub steaks with EDDA olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Grill steaks for about 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
