Olive Oil Texas Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
2 tbsp EDDA olive oil
1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Shape mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Drizzle EDDA olive oil over meatballs and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
