Olive Oil Texas BBQ Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp EDDA olive oil
1 cup sugar-free barbecue sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Brush chicken breasts with EDDA olive oil, then sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce and vinegar. Brush onto chicken while grilling.
Grill chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
