Texas Shrimp with Olive Oil, Garlic and Lemon
Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp EDDA olive oil
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix EDDA olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss shrimp in the marinade and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until opaque.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
