Tex-Mex Olive Oil Fajitas
Ingredients:
1 lb beef or chicken, sliced into strips
2 tbsp EDDA olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat EDDA olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sliced meat and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed, then sauté garlic, peppers, and onion until tender.
Return meat to the skillet, add chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few more minutes.
